Did you know that The Florida Aquarium is the largest aquarium in the state of Florida? Visitors get immersed in an underwater world through multiple spaces, attractions, and exhibits. You'll find all kinds of new marine species!
Thanks to its various initiatives, which range from species care to the protection of Florida's coral reefs, the aquarium provides a place where you can learn firsthand about the marine flora and fauna of the region.
With this ticket, you'll be able to access the park's main habitats, such as Moon Bay, a space that's sure to surprise kids and adults alike. Here you can get an up-close look at translucent moon-like jellyfish floating through the water, illuminated by the space's colorful lights. The Florida Aquarium pass also includes access to the Wetlands of Florida, a trail that mimics the environment of the Everglades, home to alligators, otters, and even python snakes.
Don't miss the bonnethead sharks and the loggerhead sea turtles of Waves of Wonder, or the exotic chameleons of Journey to Madagascar! And for reef fauna, Coral Reef is the place to be, where almost 2 million litres of water house amazing species like green moray eels, barracudas, and bull sharks.
Another must is the SeaTREK, an underwater tour for ages 10 and up. You can also sail around Tampa Bay on the Wild Dolphin Cruise. And you're sure to be amazed by the MORPH'D exhibit, where you'll see unique animals.
