Day Trip Details

At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Reef Fleet cruise terminal. There, we'll board a catamaran to leave Cairns behind and start sailing the waters of the Tasman Sea towards one of the most amazing places in Australia and the world, the impressive Great Barrier Reef. It'll be an unforgettable day!

When we arrive at our destination, you'll be surprised by the intense turquoise colour of these waters. Did you know that it's the most extensive barrier reef on the planet? It's a unique ecosystem full of fascinating creatures.

We'll drop anchor for 5 hours on the Great Barrier Reef, aka Reef Magic, and you'll be able to jump into the water for a swim and try your hand at snorkeling. You'll also be able to meet the exotic marine fauna thanks to the glass bottom of the catamaran, or simply enjoy the sun. A multitude of tropical fish, corals, sea turtles, and many more surprises await you!

Are you hungry? After a morning full of excitement, we'll replenish our strength with a delicious buffet lunch on board. You'll be able to choose between different Australian dishes.

Finally, we'll sail back to the starting point in Cairns, where we'll arrive after 8 hours of activity.

Important Info

Please note that the boat sets sail at 9 am, but boarding takes place between 8:15 and 8:50. If you arrive later than 8:50 am, you will not be able to board the boat.
