A la hora de reservar no pone nada de que el Super tree observatory es hasta las 16:00, el resto de actividades es hasta las 21:00, a última hora tuvimos que cambiar todos los planes para poder llegar, menos mal que nos dimos fuenta, si no, nos quedamos sin entrar. El parque super chulo la ve4dad.

When booking, it didn't mention that the Super Tree Observatory closes at 4:00 PM, while the other activities are open until 9:00 PM. At the last minute, we had to change all our plans to be able to get there. Luckily, we made a move, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to get in. The park is really cool, though.

IMPRESIONANTE. En general todo Singapore, un gran desconocido, pero especialmente Los JArdines de Bahia, es increiblemente impresionante. Yo cogí mal las entradas y no me entraban subir arriba para disfrutar de las vistas, pero sin problema las pude pillar allí. IMPRESSIVE. Overall, all of Singapore is a great unknown, but especially the Gardens by the Bay, which is incredibly impressive. I bought the wrong tickets and couldn't go up to enjoy the views, but I was able to get them there without any problem. It's huge, perfect for spending a whole day enjoying the heights, gardens, etc. I recommend going early in the morning. Pésima, compré la entrada el jueves 16 de abril para ir el sábado 18 y el proveedor nunca me envió el código QR lo que me hizo perder mucho tiempo tratando de contactar al proveedor y a Civitatis al punto de casi perder la actividad hasta que por fin encontré su contacto y me ayudaron y emviaron el código después de casi 2 horas que revisaban mi reservación

Terrible. I bought the ticket on Thursday, April 16th, for Saturday the 18th, and the provider never sent me the QR code. This made me waste a lot of time trying to contact the provider and Civitatis, to the point of almost missing the activity. Finally, I found their contact information, and they helped me and sent the code after almost two hours of checking my reservation.

We expected that the shuttle cart will take us around the entire garden but didn’t happen. We have to pay $10 per person to experience that. We missed a lot of nice places to explore for picture taking at least. The place was so amazing and breathtaking. Don’t miss it - worth of your time!

La visita a jardines y SkyPark debería aclarar mejor los horarios. Al reservar se pide elegir una hora, pero no se especifica hasta que recibes el ticket que es solo para el mirador, mientras que a los jardines se entra libremente todo el día. Esto provoca confusión: si se llega 15 minutos tarde al SkyPark se pierde la entrada. En mi caso tuve que recorrer los jardines antes y esperar más de dos horas en el mirador pues la idea era ver el sunset y la entrada la cogí a las 17:30.

The gardens and SkyPark visit schedules should be more clear. When booking, you're asked to choose a time, but it's not specified until you receive the ticket, which is only for the observation deck, while the gardens are free to enter all day. This causes confusion: if you arrive 15 minutes late to SkyPark, you lose your ticket. In my case, I had to explore the gardens beforehand and wait more than two hours at the observation deck because the idea was to see the sunset, and I got my ticket at 5:30 p.m.

Cuando compre la entrada al observatorio de Gardens of de Bay, Singapur, no decía hasta que horario se podía entrar, yo pensé que podía ingresar de noche, una vez que pagué y enviaron los tickets, decía que era hasta las 16hs el ingreso. When I bought the ticket to the Gardens of the Bay Observatory in Singapore, it didn't say what the entry time was.
