Steep cliffs, sea lions and much more awaits on our boat trip around Tasman Island from Port Arthur. We'll take to the waves and have an incredible experience exploring the Tasman Sea.
Tasman Island Boat Trip
We'll meet up at the scheduled time on Arthur Highway in Port Arthur and make our way to the nearby embarkation point so we can get our boat trip started.
Once we're all on board, we'll set off on an unforgettable boat trip around Tasman Island. This small, uninhabited island off the south-eastern coast of Tasmania boasts spectacular scenery that enchants all who visit.
To begin, we'll head towards Eaglehawk Neck and then cruise along the coast of the Tasman National Park. As we skirt this section of Tasmania's coastline, we'll spot birds such as cormorants and peregrine falcons. Should we have good weather conditions, we may even see some dolphins swimming up close to our boat.
Our boat trip will continue past the Totem Pole rock formations and the cliffs of Cape Pillar. When we reach the southern end of the national park, we'll keep our eyes peeled for Tasman Island's sea lion colony.
After a 3-hour boat trip, we'll return to Port Arthur and step back onto dry land. We'll then take you back to the meeting point and say our goodbyes.
