Calling all adrenaline junkies! Fly high above the Great Barrier Reef and the coast of Cassowary with this skydiving activity at Mission Beach.
Activity Details
At the appointed time, we'll meet at Porter Promenade, the take-off area on the Cassowary coast where we'll participate in this exciting Mission Beach skydiving experience.
After getting you set up with the necessary equipment, we'll board the plane and ascend to 15,000 feet (4,570 meters). No previous experience is needed, just leave your fears at home and get ready for the greatest adventure of your life!
Once you reach altitude, it'll be time to freefall with your instructor, who will be in charge of opening the parachute and directing it along the coast of Cassowary until landing.
You'll fly over the spectacular Great Barrier Reef, the world's largest coral reef system, taking in all its splendor from the sky. You'll also admire the islands of Dunk and Barnard, and the tropical forest of Mission Beach, which contrasts perfectly with the turquoise of the Coral Sea and the blue of the sky.
The free fall will have a maximum duration of 60 seconds. Once back on solid ground, we'll pick you up to transfer you to the starting point, where we'll arrive between three and four hours after the start of the activity.
