At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel and hop in our minibus. Get ready to enjoy an authentic side of Kangaroo Island!
Following a short drive, we'll arrive at our destination, where we'll begin our exploration of the many local products found here. Our first stop is a honey farm, where we’ll see busy Ligurian bees—imported all the way from Italy—creating their signature honey.
Next, we'll head over to a local winery where you’ll enjoy a relaxing wine tasting surrounded by stunning landscapes. Our guide will point out the distinct flavor notes of each wine, all uniquely shaped by the island's maritime climate. You'll also get to taste delicious locally-produced cider. Cheers!
From here, depending on how much time we have left, we'll visit two more local spots. This might include a eucalyptus oil distillery to see how this versatile essential oil is incorporated into local products, or perhaps an award-winning craft distillery, where vodka and gin are made with juniper grown on the island. Or maybe we’ll stop by a lavender farm to enjoy a tea break and explore the aromatic grounds.
Then, after an incredible 5 hours, we'll bring the tour to an end back at the meeting point.
Important: The last two stops on the tour are time-dependent. We’ll visit a total of four venues on the tour.

We'll follow the same itinerary as detailed above, with all of the venues included in the itinerary: the honey farm, a local winery for a complete wine and cider tasting, the eucalyptus oil distillery, the craft vodka and gin distillery, and a relaxing stop at the lavender farm, where enjoy tea and fresh scones infused with home-grown lavender.
On this tour, we'll also visit the iconic historical site of Reeve's Point, the place where European settlers first landed in southern Australia. We'll stroll around and get stunning views of the coastline. We'll also make a stop so that you can purchase lunch.
Please note that hotel pickup and drop–off services are included in this activity for those staying in Kingscote. If your hotel is located in the American River or Penneshaw areas, pickup is available for an additional fee, payable in cash on the day of the tour.
