On our bus transfer to Port Arthur from Hobart, you'll travel in comfort from Tasmania's capital city to one of the most picturesque and charming locations on the Tasman Peninsula.
Port Arthur Bus Transfer
At the designated time, we'll pick you up from Hobart Harbour and set off southbound by bus.
After a 2-hour drive, we'll come to the Port Arthur Historic Site. This former British Empire prison complex is one of the town's main tourist attractions. During your visit, you'll learn about what life was like for convicts sent to Oceania from Europe.
As well as visiting the Historic Site, you can explore Port Arthur at your leisure. While exploring this town on the Tasman Peninsula, you'll admire beautiful panoramic views of the bay.
You can also sample the local cuisine and take a stroll around the town, which has some fantastic natural scenery where you can take in the fresh air.
If you'd like to return to the Tasmanian capital on the same day, we'll pick you up at 4:45 pm from the entrance of the Port Arthur Historic Site. We'll then arrive back at Hobart Harbour at 6:45 pm.
