Visit the largest natural park in Australia with this excursion to Kakadu National Park from Darwin, where you're sure to fall in love with nature!
The tour meets at 6:30 am at The Esplanade, where we will board a coach with which to leave Darwin behind and head east towards the Kakadu National Park: a journey of approximately three hours.
Once there, we will begin to explore the highlights of this beautiful natural reserve. Throughout the day we will have the opportunity to visit the Warradjan Aboriginal Cultural Center and learn some of the most interesting facts about the Bininj tribes, the first inhabitants of these ancient lands.
After learning about the history of the park, board a boat to take a cruise on Yellow Water Billbong, hopefully discovering the imposing saltwater crocodiles! No doubt the apex predator in the region!
Has all that left you hungry? After observing the largest reptiles in the world, we'll enjoy a delicious lunch at Cooinda Lodge Kakadu!
Finally, the tour visits Nourlangie Rock to discover some of the Aboriginal artwork in the area. Then, we will return to the starting point in Darwin, arriving at 7:30 pm.
