Craving a taste of Córdoba's finest wines? You’re in the right place! We’ll begin by picking you up at your hotel in Córdoba at the scheduled time and head north toward Colonia Caroya, one of Argentina’s historic wine regions.
After a scenic one-hour drive, our first stop will be La Caroyense Winery. Here, we’ll embark on a guided tour starting with the vast vineyards, where we’ll share insights about the various grape varieties, irrigation methods, vine care, traditional pruning techniques, and the unique soil characteristics of northern Córdoba.
Feeling like budding wine experts, we’ll step inside the winery to explore the vinification rooms and dive into the stages of wine aging. By now, your palate will be eager for a taste, so we’ll enjoy a delightful wine tasting.
Our journey continues to Los Socavones restaurant at the Terra Camiare winery, where we’ll sit down for a delicious three-course lunch. Each course will be paired with a specially chosen wine—a true treat for the senses!
After lunch, we’ll take a guided tour of the Terra Camiare winery, learning about innovative winemaking techniques that are constantly shaping the industry.
Finally, we’ll make our way back to Córdoba, wrapping up an unforgettable 6 to 8-hour wine adventure.
If you are short on time, you can book this activity without lunch. In this case, the tour will be 4 hours long and does not include a meal at the Los Socavones restaurant.
If the wineries mentioned are closed on the day of the tour, we'll visit the Di Canto and Rosel wineries as alternatives. Similarly, if the restaurant is unavailable, we’ll dine at a comparable venue, offering a three-course meal with wine pairings to ensure the same exceptional experience.
