At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Isola Oltremare winery in Alghero, near Porto Ferro and Lake Baratz. Ready to enjoy an apéritif in true Italian style?
There, we'll walk among the vineyards while discovering the history of Isola Oltremare, a winery located in the northwest of Sardinia. Did you know that this family business has become a point of reference in the panorama of Sardinian wine production?
In fact, these generous and fertile lands produce Cabernet, Chardonnay, Merlot and Aglianico of the highest quality. This is thanks to a modern method of cultivation and vinification, while still respecting wine traditions. We'll tell you about it!
Finally, the most awaited moment will come, the apéritif in the vineyard! We'll have time to taste two glasses of wine, red and white, accompanied by local Sardinian specialities, such as charcuterie and cheese boards, jams, dried fruit, olives, vegetable omelettes and caramelised onions.
After the apéritif, after 1.5 hours, we'll say goodbye at the entrance of the Isola Oltremare winery.
